About This Scholarship

The Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan Scholarship Project (AHBP) is a pivotal federal initiative dedicated to reversing the educational marginalization of Balochistan. Executed via HEC, this fully funded scholarship allows students holding a Balochistan domicile to pursue postgraduate studies (Master's and PhD) at any recognized public sector university across Pakistan.
