How to Apply – Step by Step

   Step 1 (HEC Portal): Register at scholarship.hec.gov.pk and select 'Learning Opportunities Abroad' > 'Azerbaijan Government Scholarship'.

   Step 2 (Uploads): Upload USAT/HAT score, Medical Certificate, and Transcripts.

   Step 3 (Nomination): HEC shortlists candidates based on the 'Merit Score' (Test + Academics) and sends nominations to Azerbaijan.

   Step 4 (Azerbaijan Portal): Nominated candidates must apply on the 'Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission Service (SIACAS)' portal (portal.edu.az).
