About This Scholarship

The Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF) Merit Scholarship is the province's largest indigenous educational safety net. It comprehensively supports Balochistan's brightest students from Intermediate all the way to Master's level. Covering admission fees, tuition, and providing a monthly stipend, BEEF ensures that poverty does not dictate a student's future. It operates on a strict provincial merit list, rewarding hard work and academic excellence across all districts of Balochistan.

Scholarship Benefits & Coverage

• PKR 2,000 to PKR 4,000 monthly stipend for Intermediate students to cover books and living costs
• PKR 4,000 to PKR 6,000 monthly living allowance for Graduation and 4-year BS degree students
• PKR 5,000 to PKR 8,000 monthly stipend for Master’s, MS, and MPhil scholars
• Full tuition fee coverage for selected Out of Province and Fully Funded scholarship schemes
• Continuous financial grant disbursed throughout the remaining regular duration of the degree

Eligibility Criteria

  Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Balochistan (Local/Domicile Certificate required).

  Academic Merit (Marks): Minimum 60% marks in the last annual examination (Matric/Inter/Graduation).

  Academic Merit (CGPA): Minimum 3.0/4.0 CGPA for Semester System students.

  Enrollment: Must be enrolled in a full-time program at a BEEF Partner Institution (Public Sector or Approved Private Panel).

  Attendance: Minimum 75% attendance required in the current class.

  Exclusion: Students availing any other scholarship (e.g., HEC, Ehsaas) are ineligible.

  Special Quota: Separate lists for Orphans, Minorities, Disabled, and Children of Govt Employees (BPS 1-6).

How to Apply – Step by Step

   Step 1: Contact the 'Focal Person' or 'Financial Aid Office' of your respective institution (School/College/University).

   Step 2: Obtain the 'BEEF Scholarship Application Form' (forms are not accepted directly by mail).

   Step 3: Fill the form and attach attested copies of Local Domicile, CNIC, and Result Card.

   Step 4: Submit the form back to the Focal Person.

   Step 5: The Institution prepares the Merit List (Top students of each class/district) and forwards it to BEEF Head Office in Quetta.
