About This Scholarship

The BEEF 'Out of Province' Scholarship is a strategic mobility grant that empowers the youth of Balochistan to study in top-ranked institutions across Pakistan. Recognizing that some highly specialized disciplines (like Aerospace, specialized Medicine, or advanced IT) may not be available locally, BEEF fully funds Balochistan domicile holders who secure merit admissions in prestigious universities in Punjab, Sindh, KP, or Islamabad. It covers hefty tuition fees and higher living costs associated with inter-provincial relocation.

Scholarship Benefits & Coverage

• PKR 60,000 to PKR 120,000 annual direct cash stipend distributed according to degree level and policy guidelines
• Tuition and academic expense relief integrated into the annual lump-sum scholarship disbursement
• Enhanced stipend allocations and designated reserved seats for vulnerable categories, including orphans, minority students, and persons with disabilities
• Multi-year renewable support covering the entire 4 to 5 year professional degree duration subject to academic merit

Eligibility Criteria

  Domicile: Must hold a valid Domicile/Local Certificate of **Balochistan**.

  Institution: Must be enrolled in a **Public Sector University** situated OUTSIDE Balochistan (e.g., PU Lahore, QAU Islamabad, KU Karachi, UAP Peshawar).

  Academic Merit: Minimum **60% Marks** or **3.0/4.0 CGPA** in the last passed examination.

  Exclusion: Students studying in private universities or those availing other scholarships (like HEC/Ehsaas) are ineligible.

How to Apply – Step by Step

   Step 1: Contact the 'Student Financial Aid Office' (SFAO) or 'Focal Person' of your university (outside Balochistan).

   Step 2: Ask for the 'BEEF Out-of-Province Scholarship Form' (Do NOT send forms directly to BEEF HQ).

   Step 3: Fill the form and attach attested copies of Domicile, CNIC, and Result Cards.

   Step 4: Submit the documents to your University Focal Person.

   Step 5: The University prepares the Merit List (Top GPA holders) and forwards it to BEEF Quetta for cheque issuance.
