About This Scholarship

The BEEF Technical Education Scholarship is dedicated to skill development and vocational training for the youth of Balochistan. Rather than focusing solely on traditional degrees, this scheme heavily funds students pursuing a 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or other recognized technical certifications. By covering tuition and providing a stipend, it aims to rapidly produce a highly skilled technical workforce ready to contribute to regional mega-projects like CPEC and local industrial zones.

Scholarship Benefits & Coverage

• PKR 2,000 to PKR 4,000 monthly living stipend to cover instructional materials, tools, and commute costs
• Tuition fee reimbursement for eligible students enrolled in recognized public polytechnic institutions
• Periodic project-based equipment allowances for specialized technical kits and workshop tools
• Guaranteed financial assistance spanning the complete 1 to 3-year official duration of the diploma course

Eligibility Criteria

• 1
  Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Balochistan.

  Enrollment: Must be enrolled in a registered Government Polytechnic Institute (GPI), College of Technology, or Technical Training Center (TTC) in Balochistan.

  Academic Merit: Minimum 60% marks in the last examination (Matric Science for 1st Year DAE; DAE Part-I/II for subsequent years).

  Result Status: Must have passed all subjects in the first attempt (No supply/compartment allowed in the previous exam).

  Attendance: Minimum 75% attendance record in the current technical course.

  Exclusion: Students studying on 'Self-Finance' or availing NAVTTC/BTEVTA stipends are ineligible.

How to Apply – Step by Step

   Step 1: Verify that your Polytechnic Institute/TTC is on the 'BEEF Panel List'.

   Step 2: Contact the Principal or Focal Person of your institute.

   Step 3: Collect the 'BEEF Technical Scholarship Form'.

   Step 4: Submit the form along with Matric Result/DAE Result, CNIC/B-Form, and Local Domicile.

   Step 5: The institute compiles the merit list (GPA/Marks based) and sends it to BEEF Quetta.
