The Chief Minister’s Honhaar Scholarship Program is Punjab's most ambitious undergraduate funding initiative, uniquely breaking the barrier between public and private education. Rather than limiting funding to government universities, it fully funds talented students to study at top-tier private universities (like LUMS, FAST, GIKI) as well as public institutions. Covering 100% tuition fees, it focuses on high-demand fields such as AI, Computer Science, and Engineering, empowering Punjab's youth to receive world-class education irrespective of their financial background.

Eligibility Criteria
- 1Domicile: Must be a resident of Punjab.
- 2Age Limit: Maximum 22 years at the time of application.
- 3Income Limit: Family monthly income must be ≤ PKR 300,000 (Affidavit required).
- 4Academic Merit: Merit calculation = 30% Matric + 70% Intermediate.
- 5Minimum Marks: 80% for Medical (MBBS/BDS), 70% for Science/Engineering, 65% for Arts/Social Sciences.
- 6Enrollment: Must be enrolled in one of the '68 Selected Disciplines' at a 'Partner University/College' for the Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 session.
- 7Disciplines: Includes AI, Data Science, Engineering, Medicine, Agriculture, Social Sciences, etc.
