About This Scholarship

The CMEEF Foreign Scholarship is an elite, fully funded overseas program for the brightest students of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It specifically targets exceptional scholars aiming to pursue their MS or PhD degrees at the world's top 100 QS-ranked universities. Designed to create a highly specialized workforce for the province, this scholarship covers 100% of international tuition, return airfare, comprehensive health insurance, and a generous living stipend in the host country's currency.

Scholarship Benefits & Coverage

• Monthly stipend of PKR 4,000 (PKR 48,000 annually) for undergraduate BSc/BE engineering students
• Monthly stipend of PKR 6,000 (PKR 72,000 annually) for postgraduate MS/MSc engineering scholars
• Renewable 1-year award package covering academic terms subject to maintaining a 3.00+ CGPA

Eligibility Criteria

  Domicile: Must hold a valid Domicile of **Khyber Pakhtunkhwa** (including Merged Districts).

  Admission: Must have a valid, unconditional PhD admission offer from a **Top 300 QS World Ranked University**.

  Academic Merit: First Division (min 60% marks) or 3.0/4.0 CGPA in the last degree (MS/MPhil).

  GRE/GAT: Must have a valid International GRE/GAT Subject score (min 60%) or HAT score (as per HEC policy).
