The Ampère Excellence Scholarships present a remarkable opportunity for outstanding international students to pursue a Master’s degree at the prestigious École Normale Supérieure (ENS) de Lyon in France. This highly competitive program awards a monthly stipend of €1,000 for one or two academic years to cover living expenses, allowing you to focus on rigorous academic training and research in Exact Sciences, Arts, and Humanities. Eligibility Criteria

  Nationality: International students (Non-French nationals). Pakistanis are eligible.

  Age Limit: Must be born **after January 1, 2000** (Maximum 26 years old).

  Academic Req (for M1): Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS) or equivalent.

  Academic Req (for M2): Must have completed the 1st year of Master’s (240 ECTS) or equivalent.

  Fields of Study: All Master's programs in Exact Sciences, Arts, and Human & Social Sciences (except FEADéP).

  Language: Proficiency in the language of instruction (French or English, depending on the chosen Master's). Many Science programs are taught in English.

How to Apply – Step by Step

   Step 1: Access the 'CADENS' online application portal (cadens.ens-lyon.fr).

   Step 2: Select the Master's program you wish to apply for.

   Step 3: In the application form, you will see a section for 'Scholarships'. Tick the box for 'Ampère Scholarship'. (There is no separate form).
