Eligibility Criteria

How to Apply – Step by Step

    Step 1: Obtain the 'Stipend Application Form' from the nearest District Armed Services Board (DASB) office, Fauji Foundation Welfare Project (Hospital/Centre), or download from the website.

    Step 2: Fill the form in Capital Letters.

    Step 3: Attach attested copies of: Discharge Book (Pages 1-5), Matric Result Card, CNIC/B-Form, and Father’s CNIC.
