About This Scholarship
The Federal Employees Benevolent Fund (FEBF) Educational Stipend is a dedicated welfare program for the children of serving, retired, and deceased Federal Government employees of Pakistan. Designed to ease the financial strain of higher education, this stipend is awarded annually to students pursuing post-matriculation studies (Inter, Bachelor's, and Master's). Scholarship Benefits & Coverage
- 100% full semester or annual tuition fee reimbursement for professional degrees (Medical, Engineering, IT, Business, Pharmacy, Architecture) in public sector universities
- Annual direct educational stipend of PKR 20,000 for Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS) students
- Annual direct educational stipend of PKR 24,000 for Graduation and BS degree programs
- Annual direct educational stipend of PKR 30,000 for Master's and MS/MPhil postgraduate studies
- Annual professional studies stipend of PKR 40,000 for candidates opting out of full fee reimbursement
Eligibility Criteria
- 1Beneficiary Status: Children of Serving, Retired, or Deceased Federal Government Employees (paid out of Civil Estimates).
- 2Contribution: Employee must be a regular contributor to the Benevolent Fund.
- 3Academic Merit (Stipend): Minimum 70% marks in the last annual exam. (Relaxed to 60% for children of BS 1-10 employees at Intermediate level).
- 4Academic Merit (Reimbursement): Admission on Merit + Passing all subjects (No Failure/Supply allowed).
- 5Exclusion: Children of employees of Autonomous Bodies (WAPDA, PTCL, etc.) or Uniformed Armed Forces are generally NOT eligible (they have their own funds).
How to Apply – Step by Step

Step 1: Download the 'Educational Stipend Form' or 'Fee Reimbursement Form' from www.febgif.gov.pk.

Step 2: Fill the form (Part-A by Employee, Part-B by Head of Dept, Part-C/D by University).

Step 3: Attach attested copies of CNICs, Pay Slip (showing BF deduction), and Result Card/Transcript.

Step 4: For Reimbursement: Attach original Bank Verified Fee Challan.

Step 5: Submit to the Regional FEBF Board (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta) through your department.
