Can result-awaiting intermediate students apply for this scholarship?

No. HEC regulations require candidates to have fully acquired the minimum 60% qualification with officially declared result cards on or before the application closing date.

Does this scheme allow enrollment in private universities?

Yes. Scholars can enroll in HEC-recognized private universities as well as public sector institutions across Pakistan, provided total annual tuition and hostel expenses stay within the PKR 200,000 annual limit.
