About This Scholarship

The HEC Coastal Region Scholarship is a targeted initiative empowering the youth of Balochistan's coastal belt (Gwadar, Lasbela, Kech, and Awaran). If you have completed your Matric and Inter from these districts, you can receive up to PKR 240,000 annually for tuition, plus a generous PKR 15,000 monthly stipend. This program is designed to remove geographical barriers, allowing you to study at top HEC-recognized public or private universities across Pakistan without worrying about relocation or tuition costs.

Scholarship Benefits & Coverage

Eligibility Criteria

    Domicile: Must possess Domicile/Local from Gwadar, Lasbela/Hub, Kech (Turbat), or Awaran.

    Education Origin (Strict Rule): Must have completed *BOTH* Matric (SSC) and Intermediate (HSSC) from an institute located INSIDE these specific districts.

    Academic Marks: Minimum 50% marks in both SSC and HSSC.
