The Split PhD and Post-Doctoral Fellowship Programme in France is a specialized bilateral initiative between HEC and the French government (Campus France). For the Split PhD, scholars spend part of their research time in Pakistan and part in France. The fellowship provides a monthly stipend in Euros, travel coverage, and access to world-class European research infrastructure.

  - Must be enrolled in a PhD program at an HEC-recognized Pakistani university.

  - Must have a valid Acceptance Letter from a French University/Laboratory.

  - Must hold a PhD degree from an HEC-recognized university.

  - Must be a regular employee (Faculty/Researcher) of a Public/Private University or R&D Organization.

  - Maximum Age: 45 Years (General rule for Post Doc Phase-III).

  - Must not have availed a Post-Doc scholarship in the last 5 years.

How to Apply – Step by Step

   Secure an Acceptance Letter from a supervisor in a French University/Research Lab.

   For Split PhD: Apply through the 'International Research Support Initiative Program (IRSIP)' portal on HEC.

   For Post Doc: Apply through the 'Post Doctoral Fellowship Program (Phase-III)' portal when advertised.
