About This Scholarship
The IBA Karachi National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP) is a flagship CSR initiative partnering with the Ihsan Trust to find the brightest minds from Pakistan's most remote areas. High school students undergo a massive selection process leading to a fully funded 2-month orientation program at IBA Karachi. During this period, they receive elite coaching for the IBA aptitude test. Successful candidates who secure admission are awarded a 100% comprehensive scholarship covering tuition, hostel, and stipends for their entire 4-year undergraduate degree.
Scholarship Benefits & Coverage
- Annual higher education merit grant of up to PKR 80,000 (or 75% tuition coverage) for Category 'A' HEC universities
- Annual merit grant of PKR 40,000 per year for students enrolled in approved Category 'B' institutions
- Annual educational stipends ranging from PKR 11,000 to PKR 17,000 for school and intermediate (FA/FSc) students
- Interest-free Qarz-e-Hasna facility up to PKR 400,000 to assist with professional degree expenses
- Special welfare allocations and preferential consideration for children of Shuhada and disabled PAF personnel
Eligibility Criteria
- 1Residency: Domicile holder of any district in Pakistan (Preference to rural/backward areas).
- 2Academic Merit (HSSC-I): Minimum 80% marks in HSSC-I (Intermediate Part 1) exams held in 2025.
- 3Academic Merit (HSSC-II): OR Minimum 80% marks in HSSC-II (for those who passed Inter in 2025).
- 4Education Board: Must be from a Govt/Public Sector College or Board of Intermediate Education.
- 5Financial Need: Must demonstrate financial constraints (family income assessment).
- 6Exclusion: Students who have already completed 14 years of education (Bachelors) are not eligible.
How to Apply – Step by Step

Step 3: Upload Matric & HSSC Mark Sheets, CNIC/B-Form, and Father's Salary Slip.

Step 4: Combine the Salary Slip and FBR Income Tax Return into a single PDF (if applicable).

Step 5: Submit the form. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the 'Orientation Program' (Training).
