The ICAP Student Financial Support (CAT-SFS) program ensures that financial inability does not prevent talented students from becoming Chartered Accountants. Unlike the merit-focused HA scholarship, SFS is a deeply need-based initiative. It provides crucial financial assistance to CA students from low-income families, covering their ICAP examination fees, annual subscriptions, and providing monthly stipends. It democratizes access to one of Pakistan's most prestigious and lucrative professional qualifications.

Scholarship Benefits & Coverage

• PKR 2,000 upfront registration fee with all remaining charges deferred until the final CFAP examination stage
• Heavily subsidized PRC and CAF examination and exemption fee of just PKR 1,000 per subject (once per paper)
• Minimum 75% tuition fee waiver guaranteed across all PRC, CAF, and mandatory hands-on training courses through your partner college (RAET)
• Interest-free deferred fee structure payable in three manageable installments during paid articleship training at the CFAP stage

Eligibility Criteria

  Enrollment: Must be enrolled in a Registered Accounting Education Tutor (RAET) for PRC or CAF.

  Academic Merit: Minimum 80% marks in HSSC (Intermediate) or equivalent.

  Financial Need: Total family monthly income must be less than PKR 100,000.

  RAET Discount: Must have secured at least 75% discount on tuition fees from the RAET (College).

  Recommendation: Must be recommended to ICAP by the RAET (Principal).

  Exclusion: Students availing other ICAP scholarships (like High Achievers) are ineligible.

How to Apply – Step by Step

   Step 1: Secure admission in a RAET (ICAP recognized college) and apply for their internal scholarship.

   Step 2: Obtain a '75% Tuition Fee Discount' letter from the RAET.

   Step 3: Ask the RAET administration to recommend you for 'ICAP CAT-SFS'.

   Step 4: The RAET will submit your recommendation via the 'SFS RAETs Portal' to ICAP.

   Step 5: Once approved (by the 10th of next month), your ICAP student login will reflect the reduced fee challans.
