The KPEF Merit-cum-Inaffordability Scholarship is the flagship financial aid program of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation. Eligibility Criteria
- 1Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or Newly Merged Districts (FATA).
- 2Enrollment: Must be enrolled in the **1st Year** (Fall 2024 or Spring 2025) of BS or MS program.
- 3Institution: Must be studying in one of the 'KPEF Partner Universities/Colleges' (Public & Private).
- 4Academic Merit: Minimum 70% marks in the last degree OR 3.00/4.00 CGPA.
- 5Income Limit: Parental monthly income must be ≤ PKR 160,000 (Significantly higher limit for 2025-26).
- 6Priority Groups: Special preference for Orphans, Children of Shuhada, Minorities, Transgenders, and Persons with Disabilities.
- 7Exclusion: Students availing other scholarships (Ehsaas, HEC, PEEF, etc.) are ineligible.
