Administered by PEEF, this fully funded scholarship sends top Pakistani talent to the World's Top 50 QS Ranked Universities. It is an all-inclusive package that covers 100% of foreign university tuition fees, comprehensive health insurance, return airfare, and a generous monthly living stipend in foreign currency. It targets exceptionally bright researchers dedicated to contributing back to Pakistan upon their return.

Eligibility Criteria

  Nationality: Pakistani National (Preference for Punjab Domicile, but 10% quota exists for other provinces/areas).

  Academic Record: Minimum 60% marks throughout the academic career (Matric to MS/MPhil).

  Exclusion: Regular faculty members of public sector universities and students who have already availed a foreign scholarship are ineligible.

How to Apply – Step by Step
