About This Scholarship

The PEEF Scholarship for FATA Students is a dedicated quota program designed to integrate and uplift the youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's newly merged tribal districts. By providing full tuition fee coverage and a consistent monthly living stipend, it ensures that talented FATA students can pursue higher education across Punjab and federal universities without any financial constraints. It is a merit-cum-need initiative aimed at empowering remote communities through quality education.

Scholarship Benefits & Coverage

• PKR 2,000 to PKR 4,000 monthly stipend for Intermediate students to cover books and living costs
• PKR 4,000 to PKR 6,000 monthly living allowance for Graduation and 4-year BS degree students
• PKR 5,000 to PKR 8,000 monthly stipend for Master’s, MS, and MPhil scholars
• Full tuition fee coverage for selected Out of Province and Fully Funded scholarship schemes
• Continuous financial grant disbursed throughout the remaining regular duration of the degree

Eligibility Criteria

  Domicile: Must hold a valid Domicile of FATA (Merged Tribal Districts of KP).

  Academic Merit: Minimum 60% marks in the last passed examination (Matric/Inter/Graduation).

  Schooling: Must have passed the previous exam from a Government Institution in FATA/KP.

  Admission: Must be enrolled in a full-time regular program in a registered Public Sector University/College (in Punjab or KP).

  Income Limit: Declared monthly family income must be ≤ PKR 60,000.

  Exclusion: Students of private colleges (unless PEEF partners) or those receiving other scholarships are ineligible.

How to Apply – Step by Step

   Step 1: Wait for the 'PEEF Scholarship for Other Provinces (FATA)' advertisement in newspapers.

   Step 2: Download the 'Other Provinces Application Form' from the PEEF website.

   Step 3: Fill the form and attach attested copies of Domicile, Result Cards, and Income Affidavit.

   Step 4: Get the form verified by the Head of your current Educational Institution.

   Step 5: Submit the form to the 'Section Officer (Training), Higher Education Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar' (or directly to PEEF Lahore as per ad instructions).
