About This Scholarship
The PEEF Graduation Scholarship empowers talented students across Punjab to pursue 4-year undergraduate degrees (BS/BSc/BA) at any HEC-recognized university. This need-based and merit-driven program covers 100% of your university tuition fees and provides a substantial monthly stipend to assist with hostel and daily living expenses. Aimed at students whose family income falls below a specific threshold, it acts as a great equalizer, allowing underprivileged youth to compete in higher education.
Scholarship Benefits & Coverage
- Monthly Stipend (Day Scholar): PKR 3,000 - 4,500 per month.
- Monthly Stipend (Boarder): PKR 5,000 - 7,000 per month (for hostel residents).
- Tuition Fee: Reimbursement of tuition fees (subject to PEEF caps).
- Scholarship Duration: Valid for the full duration of the degree (2 or 4 years), subject to maintaining satisfactory academic performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1Domicile: Must be a resident of Punjab Province.
- 2Academic Merit: Must have passed Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS) Annual Exam 2025 with at least 60% marks.
- 3School Type: Passed Intermediate from a Govt College (for Outreach) or any registered institution (for Special Quota).
- 4Income Limit: Parental monthly income must be ≤ PKR 60,000.
- 5Enrollment: Must be enrolled as a full-time student in a registered University/College for Graduation/BS in 2025-26.
- 6Special Quota Categories: Orphans, Grade 1-4 Employee Children, Minorities, Special/Disabled, Children of Terrorist Attack Victims, Children of Divorced/Widowed Mothers.
How to Apply – Step by Step

Stream 1 (Outreach/Merit): Automatic selection. PEEF obtains data from BISE Boards. Top scorers from Govt Colleges receive offer letters at their home addresses.

Step 1: Enter Intermediate Roll No and Board to verify eligibility.

Step 2: Fill the online application form and upload scanned documents (Income Certificate, Domicile, Special Category Proof).
