About This Scholarship
The PEEF Master’s Level Scholarship is dedicated to facilitating brilliant graduates seeking to pursue 16-years or 18-years of education (Master’s/MS/MPhil). By taking care of the massive financial burden of postgraduate tuition and offering a consistent living stipend, PEEF allows scholars to focus entirely on their advanced studies and research. This scheme prioritizes top-tier merit holders from public sector universities who come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Scholarship Benefits & Coverage
- Tuition Fee: 100% Tuition Fee Waiver (Paid directly to the university).
- Monthly Stipend (Day Scholar): PKR 3,000 - 5,000 per month.
- Monthly Stipend (Boarder): PKR 5,000 - 7,000 per month (for hostel residents).
- Scholarship Duration: Covers the standard duration of the degree (2 Years / 4 Semesters).
- Incidental Charges: Small allowance for books/thesis (varies by policy).
Eligibility Criteria
- 1Domicile: Must be a resident of Punjab Province.
- 2Academic Merit: Minimum 60% marks or CGPA 2.5/4.0 in Graduation (BA/BSc/BS/B.Com).
- 3Passing Year: Must have passed the graduation examination in 2023, 2024, or 2025 (Annual).
- 4Income Limit: Parental monthly income from all sources must be ≤ PKR 60,000.
- 5Enrollment: Must be enrolled as a full-time regular student in a Partner University (PUE) for Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 session.
- 6Exclusion: Students who have already passed MA/MSc/MS/MPhil are ineligible. Students availing other scholarships (Ehsaas/HEC) are ineligible.
How to Apply – Step by Step

Step 1: Secure admission in a PEEF Partner University (e.g., PU, UET, UAF, BZU, IUB).

Step 2: Visit the 'Student Financial Aid Office' (SFAO) or 'Focal Person' of your university.

Step 3: Request the PEEF Master's Level Application Form (Forms are NOT sent to students' homes).

Step 4: Submit the filled form along with required documents (Income Cert, Domicile, Result Cards) back to the University Office.

Step 5: The University shortlists candidates and sends the list to PEEF for final approval.
