About This Scholarship
The Sindh School Education Scholarship Program (SSESP) is an innovative initiative managed by the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF). It aims to transition brilliant students from underserved government schools to top-tier private or cadet colleges for their secondary and higher secondary education (Grades 6 to 12). SSESP covers 100% of admission fees, tuition, books, uniforms, and boarding expenses, acting as a massive equalizer that provides elite educational environments to rural and underprivileged students of Sindh.
Scholarship Benefits & Coverage
- 100% full tuition fee coverage paid directly to the admitting public sector university for the entire degree duration
- PKR 4,000/month living stipend (PKR 48,000 per annum) deposited directly into the student's bank account to cover books and living costs
- Comprehensive 4-to-5-year financial sponsorship for BS, MBBS, BDS, Engineering, Agriculture, and Computing degree tracks
- Dedicated 50% gender quota reserved specifically for female students and 2% quota for students with physical disabilities
Eligibility Criteria
- 1Domicile: Must be a resident of Sindh (District specific quotas often apply).
- 2Current Schooling: Must be a bona fide student of Grade 5 (for Class 6 admission) or Grade 8 (for Class 9 admission) in a **Government School** or **SEF Assisted School**.
- 3Schooling History: Must have studied in a Govt/SEF school for at least the last 3 academic years.
- 4Age Limit (Grade 5): Max 12 Years.
- 5Age Limit (Grade 8): Max 15 Years.
- 6Selection: Based strictly on the Entry Test conducted by IBA Sukkur (SIBA Testing Service) or the respective institution.
