About This Scholarship
The Sukkur IBA National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP) is an exceptional initiative aimed at empowering the youth of Sindh and other underprivileged regions. It starts with a rigorous 2-month foundation semester (Zero Semester) where students receive free lodging, boarding, and intense coaching in core subjects. Students who maintain a minimum required GPA during this foundation program are granted admission into regular degree programs at Sukkur IBA along with a 100% fully funded scholarship covering all educational expenses.
Scholarship Benefits & Coverage
- Annual higher education merit grant of up to PKR 80,000 (or 75% tuition coverage) for Category 'A' HEC universities
- Annual merit grant of PKR 40,000 per year for students enrolled in approved Category 'B' institutions
- Annual educational stipends ranging from PKR 11,000 to PKR 17,000 for school and intermediate (FA/FSc) students
- Interest-free Qarz-e-Hasna facility up to PKR 400,000 to assist with professional degree expenses
- Special welfare allocations and preferential consideration for children of Shuhada and disabled PAF personnel
Eligibility Criteria
- 1Residency: Must be a domicile holder of 'Selected Underprivileged Districts' of Pakistan (Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, KPK, GB, AJK).
- 2Completion Year: Must have passed Intermediate (HSSC) in 2023, 2024, or 2025 (Gap years allowed).
- 3Academic Merit (Engineering): Minimum 60% marks in Intermediate (Pre-Engineering).
- 4Academic Merit (Non-Engineering): Minimum 50% marks in Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS).
- 5Exclusion: Students with any 'Supplementary' or 'Condonation' in their Intermediate result are NOT eligible.
- 6Selection: Must pass the Sukkur IBA Entrance Test (English & Math).
How to Apply – Step by Step

Step 3: Upload scanned copies of Matric/Inter Mark Sheets, Domicile, and CNIC.

Step 4: Download the Fee Challan (approx. PKR 1,000 - 1,500) and pay at any designated bank.

Step 5: Upload the paid challan copy to confirm submission.

Step 6: Download the Admit Card and appear for the Entrance Test (Test Date: Feb 15, 2026).
